This painting consists of OIL paint, not acrylic.
It has a rich patina. There are layers and layers and layers of various pigments which peek through here and there keeping the mystery alive. Be warned: Various quadrants throughout this piece of artwork can make you linger over them and sigh. 24" x 24" x 1", oil on gallery wrap with painted sides eliminating the need for framing.
