This is the latest from Karin Jurick's Different Strokes for Different Folks blog. It still amazes and thrills me that we are all so different when it comes to creating for example. We all have the love of art in common, but the results are so very individual. Thank goodness!
Really terrific job on the challenge! I'm so intimidated by this project. I like the way you gave the buildings a warm color. Makes for a very nice abstract feel with that zig-zag of blue.
ReplyDeleteAmazing site... so she takes a photograph, and others paint their version of what they see? All so unique! Makes me wonder what it would be like to see the world through another's eyes... Would I see the same thing but my mind would feel differently about it - or would I actually see it differently through another's eyes? Regardless, vive la difference!
ReplyDeleteWonderful work, Barbara! I like how you showed the weathering.
